Fitness and Me

My name is Sue Webb. I started my fitness career back in 1992 qualifying with the Keep Fit Association. In 2005 I achieved my Pilates Level 3 qualification and have now been teaching for over 10 years. In 2016 I added Level 3 Antenatal & Postnatal qualification. I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals ensuring ongoing training. I not only hold group sessions but see clients on an individual basis in local Physiotherapy & Chiropractic wellbeing Clinics or even in their own home. I have worked with people suffering with back problems and injuries or maybe had a hip replacement. I also have clients that are looking for something to compliment their chosen sport such as Horse Riding, Marathon Running and Golf. It is my aim to give individual clients and class participants a sense of well-being  through improved flexibility, strength and movement.
