Core Fitness is committed to ensuring that any personal data supplied by its customers or is otherwise generated by its business activities is collected and processed fairly and lawfully. Providing and Improving the Core Fitness Service Most of Core Fitness’ use of personal data is necessary to enable it to provide a service to its customers including providing answers to general customer enquiries Direct Marketing Core Fitness does not engage directly or indirectly with any direct marketing. Does Core Fitness Transfer Personal Data Overseas? Core Fitness does not transfer or process personal data outside of the EU. Most data is held in the UK. To Whom Does Core Fitness Disclose Personal Data? Core Fitness does not disclose personal data to third parties except where customer consent has been obtained, where Core Fitness is under an obligation by law to disclose personal data or where Core Fitness has contracted with third parties to assist in providing services to Core Fitness customers such as complaint or claim resolution. How Does Core Fitness Protect The Personal Data It Holds? Core Fitness takes customer confidentiality and security very seriously.
